Thank you for shopping with Serda Supplies. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a 10% restocking fee.
We will pay for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.).
Exceptions to the 30-Day Return Policy
Some products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These items include clearance product, discontinued product, and special order.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at orders@serdasupplies.com to request a return authorization (RA) number, with a description of the quantity and product.
Once you have received your RA number, securely package the product and include the RA number on the package.
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the item is adequately insured.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Additional Information
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and the same unit of measure as purchased (E.G., pallet, box, or each.)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
Refunds do not include any shipping, freight and handling charges, unless the return is a result of our error.
